Jan was the black sheep that we were all rooting for

Ok queens, can we have some real talk for just a moment? Jan Sport got gagged last night and not in the good way.

We are eight episodes in to season 12 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, and I think we all can agree that there is some pretty stiff competition this time around. That being said, some of the queens have been standing out a bit more vibrantly than others. Jan was one of them.

Last week, after Jan came in 2nd alternate in Madonna: The Unauthorized Rusical, we polled our Instagram followers asking them if she should have won. 82% of our divas said that she should have been crowned the winner.

And we agree. Jan has done well. She’s poised and witty, and the bitch can sing. She’s consistently listened to the judges’ critiques and brought all of the needed characteristics to each challenge.

RuPaul’s next drag superstar is literally commanded to be a CUNT (that is, possessing Charisa, Uniqueness, Nerve & Talent). We’re going to go ahead and add an “S’ to complete that, and that “S” stands for Sisterhood.

Jan’s a crier (or so the editing would have us to believe). Big deal. There’s a big donkey d*** difference between whining all the time and being sensitive to your sisters. Perhaps we could all use a little more of that in our lives right about now.

But one thing we are for sure of, is that there’s a lot more of Jan to come.

Stay tuned… In the meantime, check out her beautiful rendition of Let it Go, from Disney’s Frozen.
